The Mayor of Barcelona visits the Energytruck exhibition at La Ciutat dels Somnis
From 27 to 30 November, the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation Gas Museum was present at the La Ciutat dels Somnis at the Fira de Barcelona Montjüic complex.
This fair, which succeeds the former Infancy and Youth Festival, had around 100 fun, sporting and cultural activities where children between 4 and 12 played around pretending to have different professions. They recreated an imaginary city with a hospital, a mechanic’s workshop, a town hall, a sports hall and other facilities, where children imagined and discovered what they want to be when they group up through games. That is why the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation offered its Energytruck travelling exhibition because it aims to raise awareness of energy, the environment and industrial heritage.
La Ciutat dels Somnis was opened by the Mayor of Barcelona, Ada Colau. The event was also attended by the Managing Director of Fira de Barcelona, Constantí Serrallonga, the Director-General for Dissemination in the Presidency Department of the Regional Government of Catalonia, Ignasi Genovès, the Fourth Deputy Chair of Barcelona, Meritxell Budó, and the Commissioner of Education, Infancy and Youth in the Barcelona Council, Miquel Àngel Essomba.
