DESCRIPTION:The seminar consists of two parts. The first presents two systems of indicators and ways to assess smart cities using figures; one created by Rudolf Giffinger at the Technology University of Vienna\, and the other designed by two Spanish engineers and professors at the School of Civil Engineering at UPM: Rosa María Arce and Concepción Moreno. The second part presents two Smart Client projects by Gas Natural Fenosa and discusses the experience of three Spanish cities: Hospitalet de Llobregat\, Malaga\, Logroño and Santander. \nThe event will conclude with the presentation of a report on the study entitled “A model for assessing smart cities.
