Our commitment to sustainability<\/h4>One of the fundamental activities of the Foundation is information, training and awareness in areas concerned with the relationship between energy and the environment. Events, Courses and Seminars<\/h3>\n

The Naturgy\u00a0Foundation organises environmental training and awareness events, courses and seminars throughout Spain and in some countries where it does business. They cover issues relating to energy and the environment, climate change, rational and efficient use of energy, alternative technologies, natural gas in transport and sustainable construction. Technological, social, economical and political aspects related to these topics are also discussed.<\/p>\n

In addition, in 2019 the Naturgy Foundation\u00a0has\u00a0launched, together with IESE, “Energy Prospectives”<\/strong><\/a>, a series of high-level\u00a0talks\u00a0on the economic, technical and scientific conditions envisaged for the\u00a0future of the energy sector.<\/p>\n

The Foundation assesses each one of the activities it organises to ensure ongoing improvement.\u00a0To that end, assessment files <\/strong>are produced that summarise the content, attendee opinions, event photos, available materials and repercussions in the press about the events organised.<\/p>\n

Knowledge\u00a0center<\/h3>\n

The foundation publishes texts on current\u00a0issues\u00a0related\u00a0to energy\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0environment in various levels of detail and scope\u00a0and\u00a0classified\u00a0into: books, articles, presentations\u00a0and other informative material of interest. All of them can be accessed for free.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0books\u00a0or technical\u00a0guides\u00a0(of between 150 and 300 pages) deal\u00a0with technological, economic, sociological and environmental issues relating to recent trends in the field of energy throughout its life cycle (extraction, transport, transformation, distribution and consumption)\u00a0and\u00a0are based on original studies and research commissioned by the Naturgy\u00a0Foundation from leading Spanish experts on each topic. On the\u00a0other\u00a0hand, the\u00a0articles\u00a0are brief texts (of between 50 and 100 pages) on more specific issues within the same themes as the\u00a0books.<\/p>\n

All these publications by the foundation go on to form part of a knowledge center\u00a0<\/em>that is open to all users of this website. This documentation is organized\u00a0into ten\u00a0sections:<\/p>\n
