The Fundaci\u00f3 Exit (Success Foundation) has designed a training pathway to guide, motivate and introduce vulnerable young people to professional opportunities in the energy sector. To ensure it is implemented successfully, this initiative promotes an ecosystem with companies, schools, public authorities, fund providers, volunteers, and so on.
