It informs the general public about energy, the environment and industrial heritage in a fun and interactive way. through educational activities run by specialised educators. This exhibition vehicle is coming to M\u00e1laga, where it will visit the municipalities of C\u00e1rtama Estaci\u00f3n, M\u00e1laga, Rinc\u00f3n de la Victoria, Algarrobo, Nerja and V\u00e9lez-M\u00e1laga between today and 3 May.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the Energytruck will make its first stop on Calle Bruselas in <strong>C\u00e1rtama Estaci\u00f3n<\/strong> on 18 April; it will then travel to the Malaga capital on 19 April where it will be parked on Avenida de Andaluc\u00eda next to El Corte Ingl\u00e9s. It will stay there until 23 April. On 26 April it will move to <strong>Camino Viejo de V\u00e9lez in Rinc\u00f3n de la Victoria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On 27 April the Energy truck will be in the centre of Algarrobo, and the next day it will move to Parque Verano Azul in <strong>Nerja<\/strong> before returning to Avenida de Andaluc\u00eda in <strong>Malaga<\/strong> on 29 and 30 April. The Energytruck\u2019s tour of Malaga province will finish up in Plaza de Andaluc\u00eda in <strong>V\u00e9lez-M\u00e1laga<\/strong> on 3 May. At every stop, it will be open to the public from 9.15 am to 1.45 pm and then from 4 pm to 7 pm, alternating visits from the general public with pre-arranged visits from schools and social groups.<\/p>\n<h4>Educational and environmental development<\/h4>\n<p>The aim of this Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation project is to contribute to the educational, environmental and cultural development of society, showing what energy is and how we can practice responsible energy consumption in a visual and interactive way. It looks back at the past to show the historic changes and social progress that followed the arrival of gas and electricity, and also looks forward to the future, to reveal what energy will be like in the years to come.<\/p>\n<p>The truck is equipped with a natural gas twin engine that produces between 15% and 20% less CO2 than conventional diesel engines.<\/p>\n<p>The 70-square-metre mobile exhibition boasts a wide range of technological equipment, including audio-visual, interactive and multimedia content, as well as information panels. Visitors will be able to experiment with the content through practical activities centred around them.<\/p>\n<p>The project also includes workshops and educational activities led by specialised educators, who will share their knowledge of science and technology. The activities, which are free, are suitable for all ages and adapted for people with disabilities.<\/p>\n<h4>Route around the whole of Spain<\/h4>\n<p>The Energytruck is coming to M\u00e1laga after having visited other regions of Spain, such as Castilla-La Mancha, Galicia, the Region of Madrid, Extremadura, Catalonia, Castile-Leon, the Region of Valencia, the Basque Country and La Rioja.<\/p>\n<p>Since it was launched in January 2016, the Energytruck travelling exhibition has been visited by over 81,641 people.
