This document addresses measures including the new Renewable Energy Directive, the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) or the new ESG framework, all of which need to be considered as a whole in order to properly assess their impact. This issue will be central for EU in the coming years: President von der Leyen placed the ‘Clean Industrial Deal’ as a flagship policy for the next Commission.<\/p>\n
