The NATURGY FOUNDATION (hereinafter, “FOUNDATION”) with registered address at Av. San Luis 77, 28033, Madrid, CIF (Tax Number) G-60246071, and registered in the Ministry of Culture Registry of Foundations under number 204, by Ministerial Order of 21 October 1992 (BOE 28/10/92) is the owner of the website or web portal www.fundacionnaturgy.org and makes this available to internet users to share information about seminars, events, products and services that the FOUNDATION offers, as well as to provide certain services through the portal.

2. – USE OF THE PORTAL.

Access and/or use of the www.fundacionnaturgy.org portal entails that the user accepts, by accessing and/or using, the Conditions of Use that will be applied regardless of the General Terms and Conditions that, if appropriate, are applied.

The portal of the FOUNDATION will provide access to information and promote seminars, events, products and services (hereinafter, “content”) online that belong to the FOUNDATION or to its licensors, and which the user may have access to. The user accepts that using the portal, the content and/or the services is done so with their exclusive responsibility. This responsibility extends to the registration that is required to access certain services or content. In this case, the user will be responsible for providing accurate and legitimate information. As a result of this registration, the user may provide a password, which they will be responsible for, and which they undertake to use diligently.

The FOUNDATION itself, as assignee or licensor, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its portal, as well as the content on the portal (for example, images, sound, audio, video, software and texts; brands and logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of used material, computer programmes required for operation, access and use, etc.). It is expressly forbidden to reproduce, distribute and publicly communicate, partially or in full, any content on this website, including available content, on any device and through any technical means without prior written authorisation from the FOUNDATION. The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of the FOUNDATION. They may not establish any connection to the portal from any other website without prior and express written consent from the FOUNDATION.

By way of example and without limitation, it is forbidden to reproduce, transform, distribute, publicly communicate, make publicly available and use in any other way, through any procedure, partially or in full, the content on this website, as well as its design and selection and way of presenting the material on the website.

The FOUNDATION does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements that may cause damage or changes to the computer system, electronic documents or user files on this website. As a result, the FOUNDATION does not respond to damages that such elements may cause to the user or third parties.

6. AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS OF USE AND CONTENTS.

The FOUNDATION may, at any moment and without prior notice, amend the current Conditions of Use, as well as the specific conditions that, where applicable, are included, by publishing these amendments on the portal in order to make the users aware of them.

Moreover, the FOUNDATION reserves the right to make amendments on their portal that they consider necessary without prior notice. This could mean changing, deleting or adding both the content and services they provide through the portal and the way that this content is presented on the portal.

From this moment, you will receive NATURGY FOUNDATION information via email, instead of via post.

Your personal information will be included on a file that is the property of the NATURGY FOUNDATION for the purpose of keeping you informed of the activities and the products and services of the NATURGY FOUNDATION or any of the other companies in the group.

All the activities/initiatives that you carry out may be recorded or photographed by the NATURGY FOUNDATION. By accepting this participation regulation you grant the NATURGY FOUNDATION your consent and authorisation to publish, reproduce and distribute all the photographs and videos taken within the framework of these activities, which may include information belonging to your or your relatives, including minors who were in your care while you were carrying out the activity, through the communication channels that the NATURGY FOUNDATION may choose.

The person who requests Export advice from the Naturgy Foundation undertakes to:

• Respect the agreed consultancy meeting and in the event of postponement or cancellation to do so with sufficient prior notice to avoid affecting the correct and punctual operation of the consultancy.

• Exonerate the Foundation of any damage or inconvenience that may result from implementing this advice in the their company or commercial activity. The recipient of the advice is free to use the advice or not.

The Naturgy Foundation undertakes to keep the information they may receive from people requesting advice strictly confidential.

If you do not wish to receive the news previously indicated or which is produced by processing your data, you can send an email to fundacionnaturgy@naturgy.com indicating your name, surnames, address, the reason for your communication and including a photocopy of your National ID or passport, or a letter containing the same information to FUNDACIÓN NATURGY, Av. San Luis 77, 28033, Madrid. You can, therefore, withdraw your consent for your personal data to be processed and to receive news about the activities, events and other products and services of the NATURGY FOUNDATION at any time.

As the events carried out within the First Export Programme are exclusively for professionals, it is essential that you fill in the form with your professional data in order to register: company address, company telephone and fax, company email address, company NIF (tax number) and your job title. In accordance with Article 2 of Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, which approves the Regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, regarding the protection of personal data, this regulation will not be applicable to the processing of this data because it will only be used as contact data for the person in the company and, therefore, is associated with the company. If this is the case, we notify you that we may reject your registration if we find that you are not in a management position or if you are not professionally associated with a company. 7.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These Conditions of Use shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

The parties expressly renounce the jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Tribunals and Courts of Sabadell to resolve any controversies that may emerge in interpreting or executing these contractual conditions.

8.- DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

The NATURGY FOUNDATION provides users of the website at https://www.fundacionnaturgy.org/en/legal-disclaimer/ (hereinafter, also referred to as the Portal) with this Data Protection Privacy Policy, in order to offer information regarding how we process your personal data and protect your privacy and information.

The NATURGY FOUNDATION may amend this Privacy Policy when it is deemed necessary. In the event that changes are made, we will communicate such action via the website or other means in order for you to be made aware of the new privacy conditions. The information that the FOUNDATION receives from the website users is handled in the strictest confidentiality. S.A., with headquarters at Avenida San Luis 77, 28033, Madrid, for the purpose of sending you, by any means, commercial communications regarding the supply and consumption of energy, telecommunications, Internet, financial and insurance services, health care and roadside assistance, and equipment and assistance in the home or business; recreational activities; or for the purpose of commercial research related to the energy sector

(ii) To provide you with information or, via any means, commercial communications regarding these services or those that are incorporated over time into the PORTAL, and

(iii) Knowledge of your preferences for the purpose of adapting offers on our products and services to your particular interests and needs. To that end, our server will send a file (“cookie”) to your computer, which, with the information it will provide us about the pages you visit via https://www.fundacionnaturgy.org, will enable us to know your browsing habits as a User and thereby customise your preferences to facilitate browsing on our website. In any event, the User has the ability to configure their computer so as to reject the installation of said “cookies”.

The data processed by the FOUNDATION as a result of the interactions undertaken by the user via our website are taken from the following sources:

The user guarantees that the data provided are accurate, truthful, complete and up to date, accepting liability for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.

The User undertakes and agrees to immediately notify the Data Controller of any change to their personal data so that the information contained in its files is up to date and error-free at all times.

MEASURES ADOPTED TO PROTECT YOUR DATA

For the purpose of guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of your data, the FOUNDATION undertakes to process the personal data of the User with the utmost confidentiality, using it solely for the purposes indicated in this privacy policy. RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You are entitled to access your personal data and obtain confirmation regarding how said data are being processed. Furthermore, you are entitled to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, as appropriate, request the elimination thereof when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by the FOUNDATION.

Under certain circumstances, you may request that limitations be imposed on the processing of your data, in which case the FOUNDATION will only keep them for the exercise of defence against possible complaints.

Furthermore, also under certain circumstances, you may oppose the processing of your personal data for the purpose reported by the FOUNDATION. In this case, the FOUNDATION will cease to process the personal data unless legitimate grounds exist, or to guarantee defence against possible claims.

Finally, you may request the right to portability and obtain, for yourself or another service provider, certain information stemming from the legal relationship established with the FOUNDATION.

In your communication, you must include as a reference “Data Protection Request-Foundation”. Since these are individual rights, the FOUNDATION must verify that they are effectively exercised by the interested party or authorized person. Therefore, if the FOUNDATION has doubts about your identity, it may request additional information to confirm it, such as a copy of your DNI, NIE, Passport or equivalent document that identifies you. You can also use your electronic signature instead of the DNI. In the event that a person authorized by the interested party exercises their rights, they must prove the identity of the authorized party and provide a document proving said authorization.

The FOUNDATION will provide the requested information within one month from receiving the request. Said period may be extended to two months if necessary based on the complexity and number of requests.

The FOUNDATION informs you that you may lodge a claim with the competent Control Agency for data protection issues. However, you may first of all lodge a claim with the Data Protection Officer, who will respond to the claim within two months.
