The Foundation carries out the Social Entrepreneurs Programme in Argentina

In June, six projects were chosen as winners of the Social Entrepreneurs Programme that the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation has been carrying out in Argentina for several years. These projects have awarded initiatives from a range of sectors, such as “Ampliando Horizontes”, “Un refugio de amor” and “La fàbrica de dulces sueños”.

  • “Un refugio de amor”, from the Pinazo Community Centre
  • “La Fábrica de dulces sueños”, from the Pequeños Pasos Civil Association
  • “Cultivando aprendizaje – por una alimentación sana”, from the Strengthening Education in Rural Schools Civil Association
  • “Enseñamos a hacer futuro”, from the Jóvenes de Tierras Altas NGO
  • “Mini Tenis Villa 31”, from the Mini Tenis Villa 31 Association

The following projects also deserve a special mention:

  • “Tiempo de saque. A jugar con los sentidos”, from the Argentina Association of Tennis for Blind People
  • “Taller de oficios: Fidela Pavón”, from the “Compadres del Horizonte” Cultural House
  • “Paso a paso, mejoro mi casa”, from the Sagrada Familia Foundation
  • “El mundo pensado para todos”, from the PIHE (For the Integration of Children with Special Needs)
  • “Tecnología Asistida: Dispositivos de rehabilitación”, from the ALPI Civil Association
  • “Trabajar por Seguridad”, from the Aime Nendive Civil Association
  • “Aprendiendo juntos”, from the Gregorio Mendel Civil Association
  • “Pibes Limpios”, from Club Atlético Lugano
  • “Educando Jóvenes en el oficio de camareros profesionales”, from the Nada Civil Association

The judging panel was made up of: Graciela Adán, Director of the Global Foundation; Micaela Urdínez, Head of Editing of the “Comunidad” supplement in the La Nación newspaper; and Paula Celestino Ayala, General Coordinator of the COMUNIA Civil Association.
