The Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation and RACC set to work together to promote sustainable and safe mobility

With this agreement, both foundations will carry out projects with a direct impact on people and the environment in order to offer mobility and improved air quality solutions.

The initiative supports activities, studies and projects that raise awareness, and disseminate and promote practices that encourage a cleaner and more efficient mobility.

The RACC, through its Foundation, and the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation have signed a partnership agreement to promote sustainable and safe mobility, with a focus on reducing the impact of mobility on the environment. The agreement was signed by the President of the RACC and the RACC Foundation, Josep Mateu, and the General Manager of the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation, Martí Solà.

The agreement arises from the shared vision of the two entities to promote a more environmentally-friendly mobility that is compatible with economic development and people’s travel needs. In this regard, activities, studies and other projects will be supported that raise awareness, and disseminate and promote practices that encourage a cleaner and more efficient mobility. These activities will address the issue of improving air quality in cities, transforming people’s travel habits, smart mobility and work mobility, among others.

To carry out the planned actions, the RACC will provide its Foundation’s know-how in terms of sustainable mobility, road safety and defence of the rights of users. The president of RACC and of the RACC Foundation, Josep Mateu, highlighted “through our Foundation, we work towards safe and sustainable mobility and promote initiatives that contribute to improving our society. This agreement with the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation allows us to carry out projects that will have a direct impact on people and the environment, and will rely on the two entities’ experience in the fields of mobility and energy.”
