The employment of women in the just energy transition in Spain

Naturgy Foundation presents the unprecedented study The employment of women in the just energy transition in Spain, carried out with the collaboration of the Institute for Just Transition.

This is the first report to provide a precise and comprehensive diagnosis of the situation of women in the labor market linked to the energy transition, within the context of the major economic and productive transformations associated with the clean energy transition, both directly and indirectly, using a wide range of statistical sources.

The study, supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis of employment in the identified sectors conducted by Abay Analistas, includes articles by a group of independent expert professionals in the fields of employment, gender equality, and energy transition, coordinated by political scientist Cristina Monge.
