Naturgy Foundation invites you to the presentation of the study The Impact of the Green Deal on EU Industry: Measures Taken and Challenges Ahead, prepared by Christopher Jones of the Florence School of Regulation, which reviews energy and climate legislation recently adopted in the EU and the impact it will have on the European industry.
This document addresses measures including the new Renewable Energy Directive, the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) or the new ESG framework, all of which need to be considered as a whole in order to properly assess their impact. This issue will be central for EU in the coming years: President von der Leyen placed the ‘Clean Industrial Deal’ as a flagship policy for the next Commission.
