Youth Perceptions of Energy and Sustainability in Spain
The study analyzes the knowledge, misinformation, and level of engagement of the population aged 15 to 19 in Spain in the areas of sustainability, the environment, and energy. Using a triangulated methodological approach — consisting of documentary review, online listening, and surveys — this unprecedented report identifies the main sources of misinformation, as well as assesses the attitudes, perceptions, and susceptibility to false information about the climate emergency in the youth imagination. The results and analysis will provide the necessary tools to develop diagnoses for the design of prevention and awareness-raising programs, with the aim of implementing public policies capable of mitigating this bias.
