The Gas Museum at the Science Festival in Barcelona

The Gas Museum took part in the 2017 Science Festival, which was held in the Ciutadella Park and was filled with workshops, demonstrations, circuits, talks and shows.

For the third consecutive year, the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation Gas Museum, alongside other institutions and organisations, attended the Science Festival held by the Council of Barcelona. This annual event aims to take science and technology to the streets and bring it closer to the public. The schedule at the Science Fair includes talks, marathons, exhibitions, documentaries, performances, workshops, pop ups and technology and science experiments to enable the public to interact with science, technology and innovation.

The Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation Gas Museum contributed to the event by presenting its ‘Energy’ exhibition. This exhibition allows people to experiment with energy and discover what energy efficiency is through five interactive challenges. The Science Festival, which is located in Barcelona’s Ciutadella Park, welcomed over 15,000 people.
