The Gas Museum collaborates on the social action programme of the Canpedró Foundation
The Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation Gas Museum provided workshops about energy and sustainability to the children in the Easter Week children’s centres that the Canpedró Foundation provides for children in a social emergency situation.
The Canpedró Foundation of Barcelona has a care programme for old people, families and children who find themselves in a vulnerable situation and at risk of social exclusion, therefore addressing the new dimensions of poverty.
The Gas Museum’s participation in this programme is part of its mission to make its cultural and educational offer more accessible outside the facilities in Sabadell and to communicate the values of energy efficiency and respect of the environment to the public. The collaboration with the Canpedró Foundation is part of several social actions carried out by the Gas Museum aimed at the most sensitive groups in society.
