The Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation Gas Museum at the NESTet international conference on nuclear education in Berlin

From 22 to 26 May 2016, the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation Gas Museum took part in the international conference on nuclear education, NESTet.

The event, which is held in Berlin and organised by the European Nuclear Society (ENS), aims to create nuclear education networks in the field of engineering, science and technology. During the discussions, the heads of the educational programmes in the energy sector exchanged experiences and created partnerships with other institutions in the international sector.

The Director of the Gas Museum, Eva Buch, formed part of the work table entitled “’Talking nuclear’ in schools and to civil society”, and presented the programme of educational activities in the fields of science and technology of the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation corporate facilities. Together with the representatives from the University of Okayama (Japan), the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre, the British National Skills Academy, the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the Nuclear Forum of Spain, the Gas Museum discussed the possibilities of international collaboration to make pedagogical resources available to present institutions.
