The Naturgy Foundation extends the interactive exhibition on energy at the Fontao Museum of Mining in Vila de Cruces until March 2019
The exhibition “Want to Play? Let’s think about energy”, which was opened in July at the Fontao Mining Museum by the Director of Education, Dissemination and Heritage of the Naturgy Foundation, Eva Buch, the Mayor of Vila de Cruces, Jesús Otero, the General Secretary of Language Policy of the Regional Government of Galicia, Valentín García, and the Regional Head of the Department of Economy, Employment and Industry, Ignacio Rial Santomé, will be extended until 24 March 2019.
The exhibition, which has attracted over 1,500 visitors in Vila de Cruces so far, offers an insight into the secrets of gas and electricity as energy sources, through different interactive spaces which include fun and educational experiments designed by the Naturgy Foundation. The travelling exhibition has already visited the MUNCYT in A Coruña, the Logroño Science House and the Light Factory. Since the Ponferrada Energy Museum was installed in the Naturgy Foundation headquarters, it has attracted over 34,350 visitors.
The Director for Education, Dissemination and Heritage of the Naturgy Foundation, Eva Buch, expressed the strong commitment to supporting social development through exhibitions and educational initiatives that can help people access specialised knowledge in the field of energy and the environment.
