The Naturgy Foundation participates in the Professional Life Project (ProVP) to promote technological professions
For the fourth consecutive year, the Naturgy Foundation welcomed thirty students participating in the Professional Life Project (ProVP), led by Barcelona Activa, the Education Consortium of Barcelona, the BCN Professional Training Foundation, FemCat and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona.
The educational experience aims to be the main instrument for guiding and educating secondary school and sixth-form students in Barcelona about work, in addition to the teachers in the educational centres.
At the event, Eva Buch, Director of Education at the Naturgy Foundation, Marta Juan, from Customer Service and Pablo Barreiros, from Cybersecurity, presented the different profiles of the employees in the energy company in order to make decisions at secondary school easier for future professionals. The event also tries to bring students closer to the technological and scientific disciplines from an early age, especially girls.
The Professional Life Project has run for 14 years and aims to be the main instrument to provide academic and professional support and guidance for students in public centres, state-subsidised private schools, and private schools in the city of Barcelona.
