First European meeting of Corporate Foundations ‑ Fontainebleau (Paris)

On 5 and 6 December, the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation will take part in the first European meeting of Directors and Heads of Corporate Company Foundations, represented by their manager, Mireia de Quadras.  It will be held in the INSEAD business centre in Fontainebleau, Paris and is organised by the Centre Français de Fonds et Fondations (CEF)  and Donors and Foundations Networks in Europe (Dafme).

This exchange of knowledge will bring together Company Foundations from across Europe to share their experiences and learn about effective practices of management. The conference will explore the relationship between the corporate foundations and their founding corporations, and how it relates to their structure and governance, their mission and practice. It will focus on the development and trends that are changing the work and impact of the Corporate Foundations.

The days are structured in a way that creates an effective working and networking environment between the representatives of the different participating foundations. There will be conferences, round tables and work groups that address the different subjects.

This interesting initiative is the first step towards fostering closer relationships and creating a platform for future collaboration.
