Assessment of the impact of express rehabilitation on fuel poverty. Analysis of real cases in different Spanish provinces

The aim of this study, a product of the VAREX-2024 project, is to assess the impact on fuel poverty of the express rehabilitations carried out by the Naturgy Foundation and collaborating NGOs within the framework of the Energy Rehabilitation Solidarity Fund (FSRE), extending the geographical scope and the range of fuel poverty measures and indicators analysed in VAREX-2022(1). This study specifically aims to fully assess the impact of these interventions using a mixed analysis with objective and subjective indicators.
