Energy poverty: ecosystem of agents to combat it through proximity interventions

Energy poverty is that situation in which households cannot access adequate and sufficient energy services to lead a dignified life. In 2022, 9.3% of the European population reported having problems keeping their home at an adequate temperature, while 6.9% of Europeans reported delays in paying their home-related bills (heating, electricity , gas, water, etc.).
