The Gas Natural Fenosa Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC) and the “la Caixa” Social Project are promoting new social support projects at the museum facilities

Twenty-five children at risk of social exclusion will participate twice a week in a comprehensive care programme at the MAC.

This initiative joins Acompañ@arte, the support-through-art programme designed for people who are socially isolated, on which both entities have collaborated since 2015.

The "la Caixa" Social Project, which is providing €40,000 for the development of both projects, is studying new methods of cultural, social and educational collaboration, together with the MAC.

The Secretariado Gitano and Gas Natural Fenosa foundations to work together to improve family energy efficiency

Under this agreement, both foundations will develop projects with a direct impact on people, offering them solutions as regards energy efficiency and consumption habits to save energy in the home.

The initiative, inspired by the common interest of both foundations to improve the lives of people in vulnerable situations, will promote measures for advising, supporting and training them in energy consumption.

Energy school

The Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation in Santiago organises a training session from it Energy School.

The pioneer programme in Spain aims to train over 2000 professionals from the tertiary sector in good practices in saving and efficiency.

The initiative forms part of the Gas Natural Fenosa Energy Vulnerability Plan, a series of measures aimed at improving the management of vulnerable households and helping social services and third sector entities in their work with the most vulnerable people.
